Almost all of my recipes are made as comfort food. Like my Mom used to make. Most are full fat, some are lower sodium. But really cooked for good tasting food.

I make this cheese ball ahead of time and wrap it in plastic wrap.
I love to use a cheese ball that spread easily. Hate to have to wrestle the thing to the ground and break the cracker to load her up. This one works just fine for me.
